     This historical home, from the 1930s, is a  duplex. Each side has three rooms, a full spacious bath, a large living room, and supplied kitchen! Each room is private per lease to a student, with a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom access. The rooms are available on a first come first serve basis, and prices vary slightly by the size of the room. All rooms are furnished, kitchen cabinets stocked for the tenants, and all that is required is the purchase of your own mattress (we can assist you if needed on delivery for a small fee).
